Linkage isnt working on our mf 3095. Fuses on the dash are all ok and oil level ok. The up down lights on the controls flick on and off again when I activate the toggle switch but nothing moves. Thanks

Check the 7.5amp (iirc) fuse under the air cleaner is ok. Does the linkage move when you press the green pick up hitch buttons?

Make sure no 1 spool lever is in the neutral position, it doesnt matter about the others, but no1 needs to be in neutral for the linkage to work.

Apologies if I'm teaching granny to suck eggs.

In behind the back wheel on the left side as you look forward in the tractor you can operate it manually... wondering if that works the arms ok if it does its wiring/ connections....its like two buttons on a block. Just be careful going under there with the tractor running

Nope the green buttons dont work either. Will have a look for that fuse tomorrow

A friend of ours bought a 3080 out of a collective sale for 4k the rear linkage wasn't working and it was a bit smokey when started cold and way he took it home and his son went to you tube and worked out the wires were corroded the box mentioned fixed them up and off he went [emoji2] it's a bit of a rough mongrol but it goes!

While you checking this fuse, also check the earth wire grounding for this circuit that also terminates at the front of the tractor near the batteries. This was the problem with our 3080. The grounding was badly corroded and didn’t earth properly.

The plate to take off is under the cab at the top of the steps...you can see two bolts on the outside there....there might be more. To check the wires mentioned.

A failure that happened to a 3065 I owned a few years ago might be worth considering if the more knowledgeable suggestions above don't produce the goods.
Like the OP the linkage on mine wouldn't work, and after tearing my hair out trying to find out a supposed local fault, I found that the alternator was gradually failing. It's output was dropping and at about 10v most of the systems still worked except for the linkage. When the voltage dropped further and stopped the pto from working, I twigged that the fault was somewhere else to the linkage circuit. A new one solved the problem.
