Mf 3635 gearbox issue

At work our 3635 had the top bearing break up at the back of the gearbox so we need to replace it, taken the gear and now we 've hit a stumbling block of splitting the sprockets and shafts so to replace the inner bearing. Anybody able to shed some light on how to go about it.....

You need to pull the front out of that gearbox to get the shafts and gears out. Just take care to lay everything out in the sequence they are inside the box. A shim in the wrong place will have you tearing it down again.
