My 2007 6480 has an intermitent faught , a couple of times when switched rocker to lower drill it drops suddenly to half way then stops and wot lower any more untill you flick rocker switch a couple of times , and a couple of times its dropped lifts without touching any thing , ay ideas will be appreciated ,thanks

The rocker switches on them are notorious for going wrong Inside. The contacts get dirty. Probably best to put a new one and go from there. I have replaced most of our ones on our 64s

The switch can be opened and cleaned inside if your so inclined
