There's a lot of stress on that corner and it has been a concern on mine, although mine hasn't cracked yet. There are, I believe, plastic granules that can be heated and placed on a crack, after it has been ground out slightly, and melted into a bond with the tank. I don't know where you get the stuff but a search of the internet for something like 'plastic tank repair' should get some results.

The main issue here though is perhaps that the front outer corner of the tank goes too low when full of its near 80 gallons/350 litres of fuel. I found that jacking the front outer corner of the steel undertray up underneath the tank, when near empty, and reinforcing the tray to stay put, by welding some box iron underneath, helped avoid the strain on that top corner of the tank. A bit late for you now, but then again maybe not, once you get the plastic welded.

EDIT
Just had a quick look and this is what I mean. The instructions here uses a strip of plastic from a detergent can. A black can that was used to hold milking machine circulation cleaner springs to mind as being suitable and the right colour for a tidy job. A strip from an empty litre or four litre oil bottle would be equally suitable as long as it was made from the correct plastic and, preferably, coloured black.

Take note that using epoxy glue, as some suggest, will not be successful because the glue does not flex or stretch when cured.
