MF 6715 gearbox help

How do I stop this bloody thing always reverting back to 3B every time you change direction. Want it to just stay in the gear I’m in. Someone has fiddled with it and I’ve lost the book.

I vaguely remember putting the shuttle in FWD, foot on clutch and then hand on TBar or whatever it’s called and then pushing forward (up shift) or pulling back (down shift) on both shuttle and tBar at the same time to change the start off gear for FWD. Do same for REV. Hope that works! Oh and for the love of god man valet it!?

Spot on Thankyou, flick all the way down and it turns off.
