its dry type.It is the air cleaner ,has it got an element or oil bath
Why does it get bunged up. always clean oil going in,no crap falls in,is it just a very fine gauze type thing? and,is it just specific to the 200 range. i have a 135 which doesnt have it or is it internal on those ones. thanks.Yes it is the air cleaner warning light BUT the bigger tractors at that time had the hyd filter blockage indicator linked to the same light it was a case of disconnecting the wire to the hyd filter to determine which filter was the problem the wire comes up the rh side of casing near where the transmision dipstick is . @MF-ANDY has a better memory than me.
Ohh and 1 more thing please, what is the capacity of the backend, Multi power works good btw.Why does it get bunged up. always clean oil going in,no crap falls in,is it just a very fine gauze type thing? and,is it just specific to the 200 range. i have a 135 which doesnt have it or is it internal on those ones. thanks.
Yes its a fine gauze type even with the utmost cleanliness when toping up the oil will eventually be contaminated with very fine particles worn from the gearbox and back end. The symptoms you describe with hydraulics being slow and hesitant when its cold point to the hyd filter more so with the light going out as the oil warms up. Am beat with the oil capacity sorry. Why does it get bunged up. always clean oil going in,no crap falls in,is it just a very fine gauze type thing? and,is it just specific to the 200 range. i have a 135 which doesnt have it or is it internal on those ones. thanks.
