MF7480 lighting module

Anyone been in about the lighting module on a 7400 the 6400 one looks the same.
Have an issue with the beacons staying on .It appears to stay on at half power with the red led glowing dimly, you press the switch and they come on normally its just the fact they wont go completly off

They all go through individual relays by memory so could be a relay fried

Ah OK so if I swopped the beacon connection around with another low draw lighting circuit the same should happen with it ?
Have you any idea where the relays are
