Yes have used them for this, bought many years ago with the application tool and removal tool, from a medical supply place (can't remember the name).
Since then, vet showed me a better way, by injecting about 1ml of pen & strep under the skin of the offending eyelid.
The bubble of P&S tightens the skin enough to keep the eye from inverting while the lamb grows into it
Obviously this just need to be done very carefully, so ideally get your vet to show you.

We used to pinch them if you spot them earlyI got some from the vets, many years ago, but the jab illustrated above is cheaper, as easy to do, and every bit as effective ime. I always used 0.25ml of Alamycin LA (thicker) though.
Remember to notch the lamb’s ear so it doesn’t get considered for retention for breeding.
