Miedema Structural MR control issue

MS2000, rear hood seems to occasionally get stuck at the bottom of the stroke of the ram. It doesn't seem to respond the sensor telling it to lift. Once had it stuck when the ram was fully retracted too.
Unsure if it's related to the pressure relief valve under the rear guard.
Anyone seem anything similar?
