Any one used one - will the put gate posts in....
do you mean a post driving cup on a breaker unit or an actual proper weight knocker like wr has shown? especially if it has the controls outside on the knocker like that one has.

cup driving is a poor job ime in comparison and wont put in gate posts or any post very straight infact night mare unless real soft wetty ground .

and a proper knocker on a digger will be as good as the knocker itself as above, could use a spike as well if it had one.

Thanks for the reply looking at both a post driving cup or vibration type. In the past have just dug a big hole for digger, put post in and the put a smaller bucket on and then packed in with it as fill. ?But the someone suggest using one was quicker....
