Perhaps something to do with the advert for this forum at the top of google when you searched "British Farming Forum" saying "We have moved and are now back better than ever"
Hardly a surprise that people are confused.

I did start a thread about it yesterday but strangely it disappeared within 10 minutes of me pressing return.

So much for the light handed moderation policy

The advert on google was changed within minutes of you raising the point.
The thread was removed as we felt the the matter had been rectified, and didn't want to start another round of bickering.

The add was composed by a third party who set them up, and removed immediately once brought to our attention

For the sake of accuracy, I'd point out that it hasn't been removed, the wording has been changed slightly so that it no longer actually directly implies the this forum is a continuation of BFF.

It's a paid for ad that appears as the top result whenever anyone searches google for 'british farming forum'

No it hasn't been removed - why should it ? - it appears whenever any term including farming forum are searched for as we are after all one of the many farming forums available why should I not advertise our presence ?

Now as i have said MANY times before do you think you can please move on from this childish behaviour, you don't see me registering on BFF with offensive alias and posting to cause trouble so please please afford us the same curtosey

Members will decide where they want to post and I have to say your behaviour is probabaly not helping your cause right now

In fact I'm going to close this thread now as I am board of the bitterness and trouble making form BFF mods etc - I am sure I am not the only one to have had enough of this bitter and childish behavior and just want to return to quality discussion on Agricultural matters

To bring an end to this please be warned that any subsequent trouble making posts or threads of this nature will be deleted and the user banned

No post in this thread have been edited or delete before thread closure - the suggestion they may have been is yet another low in the bitternes of other

This forum exists for no other reason than BFF was hacked (again), went off line for 4 days without anyone really knowing if it was to return and when it did having lost all member details and content (again). I for one was sick of that happening yet again
