mites in rape seed

I have just opened a dumpy bag of rape seed which I was intending on using for seed.
It's been in the bag a month and was germination tested at 98% 2 weeks ago. The seed now has a smell and I can see mites. Some of the seed looks discoloured. Would it still be ok to use or should I buy new seed?

i wouldnt drill it, it was either too damp or too hot when it went in the bag

@7810s Will a germination test take too long? I would be minded to try some on the window sill but it will take 4-5 days to show.
As the window for planting is catchy it may not work for you. But if you stick them in now you will be more knowledgreable about what to do in 5 days than you are now.
