Have one late sown field of barley to spray for weeds, have been holding of as didnt want to stress it and also was no weeds much . But with the promise of rain was going to spray this evening. Rooting through the chemical store ive un covered a litre of Starane 2 litre of Spitfire and a litre of Pixaro plus some Inka max Question for @deleted user 837354 ,@Fromebridge @Brisel will it be safe to use the first three together ? The all have the same first active but different partner actives in the case of Spitfire and Pixaro .
Thanks in advance .

You mean a tank mix of Spitfire, Starane and Pixxaro? A lot of overlap in actives so can't imagine any issues but not sure why you'd want to do it. Also you won't get any manufacturer back-up as those sorts of mixes won't be on their official mix lists.

Thank you fromebridge reason i asked is to use up the half used bits of cans that are lying around. A bit of a stroll down memory lane clearing the store lots of stuff that are now gone Simazaine , atrazine, gramoxone, commando , mbc tilt etc . Couple of cases of ipu and a half bottle of Bayleton all have to be disposed of before i get hauled over the coals .

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
