mobile motorised milk trollies

Help please. I would like to pick the collected brains on here as to the best motorised milk trolley and the price. So many web sites give no indication at all of price and I want to have an informed idea before an over eager salesman gets hold of me! It needs to hold 100 litres, be able to cope with cows milk or powdered, stable on uneven ground, (seen some with 3 wheels and wonder if better with 4), easy to clean, hose for dispensing, motorised due to decrepit operator, good back up and reliable. Not much to ask really! I also wonder if they qualify for grant aid under the animal welfare scheme as I have a rough idea how much they are! We already have a standard wyedale trolley but they are pretty heavy when full and not the easiest to control on a slope. Thanks in advance.
