Nope just England and Wales! Quite ironic really when it's probably getting paid out the 20m we got from the EU largely because of all the LFA's in Scotland.......

Not true, it's coming from the 15% (in Wales) that was 'modulated' from everyone's payments.

I wouldn't feel to sorry for the Scots, they've had enough grant schemes of their own. Like all devolved governments, it has to be done slightly differently in order to justify their existence.:censored: Weren't there grants for buildings up there at one point recently?

£8250 quoted 5mins ago (includes 16' dosing race and 6' forcing gate).

Delivery March if I order now

Just to give you some troubled sleep:D, given the success/uptake of the simplified grant schemes in England and Wales, do you think a similar scheme might be just round the corner in Scotland?
Although I guess you’d be OK as long as you don’t take delivery until after it came in.

We had grants running at upto 85%... but I didn't qualify. Sods law - I now qualify when they've ended

No sleepless nights for me. There's plenty other options in various forms - fixed or mobile...

If you're working alone - what is the advantage of the double dosing race?

Is it just a case of twice the number of ewes/lambs without doubling the overall length of the dosing race?

I’ve used the double dosing race to assist with drafting before. So, pre draft in the forcing pen with onside of the dosing race being a holding pen.

So I’m using it to get a 3 way draft. Then as the main pen shrinks I can move hurdles to make another pen for the drafted animals in the dosing race.

If you fill both sides, drench up one way then open gate. That side will empty while you drench the other side. Then you can fill the first side while the other empties. Hope that makes sense.
