Not necessarily, Public Order Act 1994 included some categories - such as mass trespass.

So yes, that could be criminal incitement.

Trespass is not a crime though, its a civil matter.

Yes, in the Anglo-Welsh Jurisdiction trespass is a Civil tort (wrong) and outside the Criminal Justice System. However... if anyone who is trespassing does something 'wrong', their civil wrong could well become the Criminal act of Aggravated Trespass. This includes any sort of assault, physical or verbal, that gives you reasonable cause to feel threatened; any damaging of your property (this can include crops too, but grass is a hard one to push unless processed in some way); any theft of your property (remember that theft can include depriving you of access to / use of your property) and so on.

If someone is trespassing and you ask them to leave they should do so by the most reasonable route or get onto a public right of way and use it appropriately. They should leave with reasonable speed too, if they dawdle they are wasting your time which, in theory, you could sue for, but I am unaware of this having been done.
