A mostly dry after frost and fog in places freezing fog which may be slow to clear, especially across England and Wales, where it does stay it will feel cold with temps just above freezing. But I am expecting some sunshine elsewhere later. in the sunny areas highs of 10C/50F but staying close to freezing in the foggy areas.
