More Brexit Scaremongering

“Long-haul lorry and coach drivers will no longer be able to rely on their UK certificate of professional competence and will need to obtain certification from one of the 27 member states if they want to continue to work across Europe, the European commission has warned. UK companies involved in transporting goods across the EU will also need to have a base on the continent or Ireland if they wish to continue to operate.”

I thought we were having regulatory alignment :rolleyes::ROFLMAO:, twits if they have accepted our drivers for years I think they could find it difficult to ban them now, new drivers perhaps both ways though. Do you need the USA equivlant hgv licence to drive there or will the uk one surfice? I know for cars you dont but not sure about large vehicles

Unaccompanied trailers only.
Full safety check from ministry officials and any monies to become due to be lodged with the courts before they are moved off of docks.
Any trailers found with insecure loads due to French dockers nicking the straps etc to be put straight back on the ferry and returned
No foreign hauliers on our roads.

Back in the day the NHS and the little people were priority but .... well normal service just being resumed ..... as one expects I guess.
