We all need them, we all want them to work for us. Huge amount of choice for anyone looking for a job with stock or land work.
So what works for you - money is not a motivator. Joss Haynes, HAAC, 1980's.

Advertised on and off for two years for somebody and gave up in the end. We had 2 start on trials and then left when they realised it was hands on work in all weathers. I had one 18 year old with very little experience demanding £18/hour, had another 50+ year old looking to change careers from logistics to agriculture because he'd been watching My Farming Life on tv and wanted a salary of £55,000 to match his existing and he was only going to work 45 hours a week with no weekends or evenings. The point is us farmers are out of touch with where things are going but that is because inflation hasn't hit our produce we sell has it! Agriculture is stuck because for example wheat really ought to be £500/tonne now, then paying somebody £18/hour isnt to bad, but wheat is £240/tonne so a young lad needs to be on £10/hour. But he cant survive on that when you factor in his cost of living.
