Motivation, or lack of

Anyone else really struggling for motivation or is it just me? Never had this problem before but since a few weeks before Christmas I seem to have been struck by a massive case of can't be bloody arsed.

Can't decide if it's the dark morning, short days or what it is.

Anyone any ideas to reboot me and get me going again?

Me too, time of year, need some sunshine on our backs, even a few bright days would do, sick of the dreary mist & drizzle.

Yep, work less..

And don't spend the weekends cleaning vans/ moving kit for Monday morning, take time out!

i am going on holiday in 2 weeks somewhere warm and peaceful,i find it gives me motivation to get done for holiday, plus when i return the nights would have drawn out a bit, only 3 weeks till the clocks move, its difficult this time of year with getting up in the dark and getting home in the dark, you always need something tp look forward to,dosn"t matter how small ,you need somthing or a target to keep on going, keep at it ,simon

I fecking hate sport. I have a pool table in a building that I go and spend an hour or two on but thats about it.

Went to York to see a few friends..... and look at some jobs

Lol then you didn't take the weekend off....

You need to shut the door at 5 pm on Fri and forget about it until 8 am on Mon..

Sport will make you feel better/ motivated etc, even walking will help.

You need to do something totally different.
