Moving Micro generator (chp)

We want to move our chp machine , however as with all micro generation the machine is tied to the mplan number - if we move the chp then we lose the ROC payments we receive. It seems crazy that you can move biomass boilers but not micro generation equipment - has anybody tried to move renewable energy which is connected to an mplan and retained roc payments - or tired to contest this rule ?

Bio mass boilers have there own meter, any thing generating electricity does not.
sadly you will lose all payments if you moveit.
i beleive that an Mpan meter can be changed if, the distributor does it.
I hope so as one on mine is about to have a mega upgrade

anything generating electricity does have its own meter,its called the gross generating meter

Sorry you are correct of course, but it is the MPan meter which is relevant for electricity generation.
What the situation is for off grid systems, I suspect they can be moved
