Very
Yeah, local blacksmith made them for us, made about 10 for us over the years. Just bought 4 Baileys to run with them now with the legislations moving on. 3 of the new baileys can haul as much as 4 of the older, saving a man and tractor and save our customers aswell. Wouldn't fancy going far with them on the yard horse tho!!View attachment 6055 View attachment 6056[/quoVery very nice looking trailor

Love to see trailers slightly tipped to keep them dry - WHY? Just leads to corrosion on the exposed ram section.

I dug a trench at the back of the yard and reverse all trailers into it. Use a gentle slope on the approach side and a sharp slope at the back - you know when you are far enough back. You might have to leave the tailgate slightly open but I found water drained out even when they were shut. Saves messing about with hydraulic hoses under pressure or finding blocks too.

Was that you lads carting poultry muck down the old A1 on Thursday??
Yeah our lads were on leading the grass off dishforth airfield. Was cut and chopped couple weeks ago and just tipped up at side of a taxi way until we had time to move it off site. Too much rubbish, ragwort etc, in it so it has to be composted.
