We haven't turned a wheel on the land since mid October.
Definitely still too warm here for Kerb anyway. 14 degrees a couple of days ago and its barely been dropping below 8-10 degrees at night with unending rain.

When it comes cold here it normally dries up so fingers crossed.

Did you have better luck with the wheat ?
Yes, it’s all in the ground. I’m not sure how much will make it to the spring, we’ve had record amounts of rain since, but i hope for over 90%.

It’s been a special year, which is more and more often here. We had a very wet spring, so we started late. Then i didn’t rain for 2 month, and all spring crops except maize has been a disaster, my neighbourgh didn’t even combine his spinach. Harvest was very wet, baling was a nightmare, with 3x the balerhours on rakes and tedders. We haven’t used those so much since 2011. Then when it was too late for osr drilling, we had a few weeks with dry weather, and then the sky opened for weeks. There is standing water in maybe 5% of the area here and has been for the most time in 2 month now. The drain capacity is too small for these amounts.
