Mustard cover crop pics

Girlfriend advises a farm in Hampshire this is the mustard she managed to grow down there!! Wish it was closer for grazing

depends on the drill of course but the stalks tend to be very stringy and can block up tined drills in particular ....disc drills better
of course if you plough or aggressively cultivate less of a problem

When was this crop drilled and what variety? Without sounding arrogant (I realise I will anyway) I am not overly impressed with the mustard. Does Hampshire have a mild/wet climate?

Here are two pictures from a crop of yellow mustard near my home. What we would class as a good crop. Variety is Accent from Top Seeds. It was drilled after winter wheat on August the 6th. The pictures were taken October the 4th. Was flail mowed, ploughed in and will grow potatoes next year.
