Movement book, ask about double fencing, etc and inspect if they have concerns. General chit chat & a cuppa really, unless you say something that sets alarm bells ringing I suspect....

I’ve had 2 over the years. Nothing to worry about, unless you are blatantly flouting the rules.

Ive been accredited now for 12 yrs ive had 3 inspections. Nothings ever came of it. They dont even want the sheep in. They have came in a pair all three time coffee biscuits and a look at the stock comings and goings. Then a quick drive round the boundrys and thats that once they saw that all my stock was home bred and sold direct they switches off and just chatted for they couple of hours they where hear. They told me plenty of horror stories.

It takes them 10 minutes here. I'm ring fenced with trees and have a quarantine shed that is removed from others and a quarantine field with a double fence.
It is worthwhile letting them know you are familiar with the new requirements for bought in stock even from MV acc' sources to be retested when brought in. You can no longer just hold on to them till your next test day comes around.
