I have a mxm 155 pro the engine temperature in the field is 4boxes but when it is in the road the engine temperature is 2 boxes the cooler is turn on because the hydraulic temperature is 90 c finally the oil is high from the steering i Change the filter and the steering pump the problem not fix how i can solve it do You have any idea

Brakes binding slightly, causing the higher hydraulic temps on the road?

No i look the Brakes the problem is in the steering because the valve from the hydraulic temperature It's on the steering tube but i check the temperature of hydraulic and it is Norman but in the steering it is 90 c i Change the pump but it isnt this problem and the cooler work when the hydraulic temperature is high costamtly in the road

Off the top of my head I seem to remember there's a priority valve on the steering circuit, I think any excess oil is pumped into the box for lubrication. Possibly this could be jammed? I will try and have a look at the drawings one night when I get a chance.
