And the door is to narrow, oops no thats rightI hate to tell you, but the silencer's not right![]()
What about the front sidelight/indicator on the mudguard?I hate to tell you, but the silencer's not right![]()
That's a correct fitment for that cab. What about the front sidelight/indicator on the mudguard?
How did anyone come up with that design of cab? Perhaps it was a DB committee.
Even as a DB fan , I cannot say It was the best design, in fact it was an abomination, tight cramped hot, near impossible to get in or out![]()
It is a fact that , big people and puritans should not buy a DB with a cab. Although Puritans can always take the hat offLooks good @MaisiesDad - I see the grill is removed ready to be jump started
I was thinking in the same terms as @Netherfield / @Exfarmer / @essexpete earlier today as I was getting in and out of my little 885 (with the earlier cab design) and constantly getting my foot stuck between the seat and the gear levers... I still like it though.

Is your 885 a Q cab, think it would not be that easy to remove, standard cab is simpleI'm not really a puritan - that's a joke at my own expense - but I'm perhaps too big for the 885 at 6'3".
I've wondered about taking the cab off altogether but then also wondered if I'd regret it.
