N H 7.210 LING ARM AND STABILIZERS

Having trouble with the plates on the pin on end of stabilizer rods that go through link arm and drop arm,they are supposed to be 12mm thick but ours has one 12mm and one 10mm pin not long enough for two 12mm as states in parts dept, 10mm failing, has any one else come across this problem.
