Is anyone using a tractor mounted N Sensor (Yara or Ischia) for variable rate N application. Do they work and are they worthwhile?
Hi the N-Sensor has a valued history of levelling up in field variation, increasing yields and reducing lodging. Is anyone using a tractor mounted N Sensor (Yara or Ischia) for variable rate N application. Do they work and are they worthwhile?
I have seen your video on Facebook about your VRA seed. Is there any agronomic research or algorithms behind the scenes from Topcon for this use? Or is it just LH Agro putting a google satellite image next to the CropSpec readings. Has any EM scanning data, or multiple years of yield data been used to back up this idea? The one I sell and support , Topcon Cropspec , is so much more than a crop canopy sensor. We are using to scan biomass, to scan soil reflectivity for VRA seed maps....
