Naked oats

I’m after some spring naked oat seed to grow for bird seed but it seems to be exclusive to Agrii and only available on a buy back contract.... is this correct? Or is there anyway of getting around it?

You could ask Cope Seeds, I know they sell naked oat seed although again it might be tied to buy backs.

Ask Peter Glossop 01373 467 889. He has a tie up with GB Seeds (owned by Agrii?) and specialises in the growing of niche crops. He would be worth a call.

ADM had some naked oat contracts. Try Dunns Seed at Long Sutton or your ADM rep.
