Anyone know what this weed is we found growing amongst the fodder beet?

It's a bolter. Beet is a biennial plant but occasionally it can go straight to year 2 and run to seed instead of building the root. Pull these up as the seed is viable for 10-20 years and it will infest any future crops of beet.

Always got told to pull and bag before 21st august as the seed is viable after that ,not sure why the date was so precise
