What's lassie like with the cows @Keepers ?

Very good, fearless and bold but level and never over the top
Doesn’t take sh!t from anything but Kees his distance and doesn’t push if it doesn’t need it, absolutely loves his job

His relatives are more cattle dogs than sheepdogs, top two photos are relatives, bottom is Tully

Took a few photos today. Hope you don't mind me sharing them . These are the rising 2yr old heifers due to calve from early March onwards. Sired by Dieulacresse Kermit and in calf to Pulham Pacesetter.

These are the weaned heifers, mainly born spring 2018, and a few autumn 2017 heifers, all (but one) sired by Ervie L1 Achiever 91151H. The big heifer nearest the camera is due to calve beginning of Feb, at 24 months old.

Some of the young bulls, also by Achiever, looking like they partied too hard last night!

Wonky, one of the rodent operatives on the farm. Super friendly and always under our feet!

Those vegans are right, it's terrible the mistreatment of farm animals that goes on. Those young bulls look to be suffering terribly, stretched out on a foot depth of beautiful straw :D

Lovely cattle :)

Thank you!

It's a shame that certain people have taken such a dim view of British livestock farming, and I have a feeling that whatever we say or show to the "converted", they will continue to believe the misinformation peddled by PETA and the like.

Meanwhile I will continue to post pictures of my herd on our Facebook and Twitter pages, so that the majority out there can see how our cattle are really treated!

Thanks @JP1 - no pressure! A slight mixed bag in terms of breeds. Mostly pedigree BSH but theres a some AAX cows in there too.
We've had a few issues in the past so I've rapidly created a watermark and stuck it on these. Anyone who would like copies of the original versions for their own use is welcome to them and I'll happily send you a link via PM. If anyone wants to use them for anything else we would like them to be attributed. @TFF Twitter I've sent you a PM.
