Nell likes fritters

Once a week I cook fritters which are thin sliced potatoes covered in batter which is made from self raising flour milk and egg .. the flour costs
45p from Lidl so it is very cheap dinner also my dog likes them very much but is there something in potato or batter that will do her harm

Dogs have evolved with us, and so can digest starches the same as we can.

Cooking and cooling before the dog dives in makes sense. The late Collie was partial to scraps from a fish supper.
