Check the bed chain adjustment if it's been run dry or not tightened regularly it's thousands to replace!if maintained properly it's a good farmers baler
The adjustment for the main bed chain is in the sides of the back door ,the early ones you had to take the side panels off ,the later ones had a couple of small flaps you open to see the adjuster and had a guide bar to show you how to keep it adjusted right .
I think they are the same,are they cropcutter or just rotor feed? We have only run rota feeders,the small drive chains are cheap to change its all about the chain and slat chain!
The crop cutter is the chopper,the orther one has just a feed rotor which just pushes the crop into the baler.they should should have a control box with bale a bale count ,if you are doing a decent number of bales don't buy one over 30000 bales
