check that there is pressure in the pressure ball thing on the side of the gear box on the right hand side it makes alot of differance. weve just fitted a new one
We just changed one on our tm165 and it's helped the change quality but the 8560 needs one too . But I didn't think they could be recharged as it was the rubber diaphragm that had failed . There is a firm on eBay selling them for £300 inc vat and delivery , has anyone used them I think it's a Cheshire based firm , genuine NH are at least £400 plus
Easiest was to tell if the bladder has popped is to take the cap off and open the Allen bolt. If you hear air coming out its OK and will just need charging, if oil comes out you need a new one. When they have been run flat for a long time the bladders get damaged.
Hi
I have a T7.200 power command gearbox which is also suffering from clunky changes. Have also changed the accumulator but no better.
It has a terrible intermittent down change from 19 to 18 which feels like the gearbox is about to drop out. Other changes up and down can be smooth then rough.
Local dealer has looked but 'have never heard of this before.....'
Calibration makes no difference.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
