New Holland Combine offer

We are seeking more Ambassadors to benefit from evaluating a full set of front top cab led work lights on a New Holland Combine. Prefer latest cab shape for evaluation but prior one considered.

Already have a few evaluation sets successfully fitted to N/H forage harvesters but seek more on combines.

The benefit for you is 50% discount against RRP on the eleven front lights needed to light up all in front. In return we ask for honest feedback - good/bad/indifferent and images to assist in our marketing.

Fitting takes no more than 5 minutes per light. (y)

Well proven led light with absolutely no radio, CB or electrical interference.

Thank you and your support will be greatly appreciated.

If you want product evaluation then you should send them out free. Why would anybody pay to then give you feedback.

My combine doesn't come with sprayer booms fitted like the picture.....I'm unsure if it would count.

What does the fitting involve please?

Rather than 50% off....can I have 50% of the lights i.e. 5.5 units :p Makes for a better side by side comparison that way. :D

Yes that is what I once thought and we did in fact follow that principle on a previous post or two.

BUT 98% of the free evaluation product sent in the past it never resulted in the receiver keeping their end of the bargain and sending us feedback and images.

Therefore arrived at thinking if someone has a need for better lights and has paid a small contribution towards them then experience is showing us agreements are better kept.

Whatever we offer or write is absolutely genuine and carries a real benefit across the board and at no time wish to antagonise you.

If you have a New Holland combine then we are here to work with you in making improvements to night vision.

Kind Regards Martin

That's a very sad situation to hear. I saw some of your previous posts and intentionally stayed clear of volunteering as I just felt my use of the lights on many machines (like the trailer bar for example) just wouldn't do it justice.

To answer the question regarding fitting.

Once up at the front of combine cab - remove three screws holding each existing light in place, unplug the H4 connector and light comes down in your hand.

To fit the led is a simple and quick in reverse with no modification or joining wires. Our lights have same fitting tabs and same waterproof connector.

40 watts per light and we usually supply flood beam but if find need more distance from say the ones either side of centre then we can swap for spot beam.

Running half or some halogen and some led results in a strange light colour and whilst improved on all halogen lights it will fall short of wowing you.

Thanks for asking. Martin

Thanks for the clarification.

Sounds like I need to see if NH will do a similar deal on a new combine.....if they'll give me 50% off for writing a review, I could spend some of the saving on swapping all the lights on one to LED, and I'd have a true side by side comparison. (y)

Over the years we’ve done quite a bit of product testing for companies. They send the machines worth many thousands of pounds we use them and give feedback. Not once have we ever been charged and we’d never pay to evaluate somebody else’s product, ever.

Well the simple answer here then is to not take up the offer and let someone else do it.

Don't know what you have such a bee in your bonnet about. The idea is whoever buys the lights at half price will get to keep them. If you had kept whatever it was you were so expertly evaluating I'm sure you would have been charged something. Stands to reason doesn't it?
