Display in the center has gone ordered and fitted a new one from china and installed , it lights up but no text still, any ideas ?

I had my screen fail so bought a replacement off ebay. Still didn't work.
If you study the ribbon traces on both the screens and check they are the same, mine were completely different to the original.
The orange light is a warning code of some sort but you won't know what until you sort your screen
Also your temperature dial isn't right, possibly got knocked when you had your dash apart.
@Combine Rescue fixed my screen for me

on the deutz when fitting a new dash it needed the dealer to set it up with a lap top , may be the same with NH , they dash is just a screen for the ecu

That is certainly the case on a NH digger, surprising what things the PCB behind the dials does.

send your old dash to David King electronics , good chance he will be able to fix it
