Hi all got a TS115A 16x16 gearbox, it won't drive in the top gears if each range I.E won't drive in 3,4,7,8,11,12,15,16,

Suspect synchro failure, can anyone back this up? Swapped the 4/5 solenoids on top of the gearbox no difference, just waiting on a speed sensor coming as it won't let me calibrate due to the speed sensor being shorted. Thanks!

I had the same and pretty sure it was the same gears I lost.
You could try swapping around the solanoids on the side of the transmission see if the problem moves but I suspect it's the clutch packs gone. If it's the same as my problem it was the easiest packs at the front which involved splitting at the bell housing, and going in from the front, wasn't a big job at all. Replace the damper plate while your at it.
If its the different clutch pack it's in from the back end which is alot more work.
