New holland TSA hars gear changes

Hi

I have a 04 TSA where the gear changes between gears 2-3, 6-7, 10-11, 14-15 are very hars , both up and down. It is the gears where it changes the front clutch (C1&C2).
The thing is I have calibrated the transmision numerous times but it didn´t get better.
But one time I skipped calibrating the flywheel damper torque sensor, and then it changes gear very smooth as it should.
The only problem is that then the auto-shift isn´t activated.

Anyone has any ideas on this ?

Im not sure but i think if calibrating doesnt help it might sound like the solenoids used are getting weak. Theres 4 on the side of the gear box on the right hand side. Try changing them or maybe swapping the c2 solenoid to c3 to see if it moves your problem to the other gears

Thank you for your inputs.
I have actually changed both the accumulator and the solenoids controlling the C1&C2 clutches.
The strangest thing I think is that if I don´t calibrate the torque sensor, then the gear changes are just fine
But if there should be something wrong with the torque sensor it shouldn´t calibrate properly, or get an fault code ?

pull the flywheel sensor out and see if it’s damaged, if it is then the damper plate needs changing.

I pulled the sensor out and it looked fine. And I rotated the engine to make sure that all the "fingers" on the flywheel damper were there.
But are there a way to test the sensor, or is it best to buy a new ?

Its usually the springs that fall out of the damper plate. I had to replace c1 and c2 clutch packs last year on my tsa135, when we split it at the bell housing there was 3 springs sat in the bottom

The damper is new on this tracotr, it was changed before I bought it, so I don´t think that´s the problem.
But does the torque sensor in any way influence the way gear changes are made ?
