All the very best with your new venture. I'd just say be competitive on price but don't apologise for charging a good rate for the job. Service is everything and long remembered

Thank you very much! The one thing I strive on is service. As for rates, it's been a bit laughable at times. For investing in over £60,000 worth of equipment, we think we're fair. Although, some people still try to 'strong arm' us saying Tilbury to Southampton & back, fully loaded is only worth £380! That only covers the diesel & driver wage! Oooof!
