So all my feed traughs are getting a bit rough feeds sticking to the bottom thinking tiles but been told floor will take a week or 2 to dry after pressure washing

Epoxy resin sounds great but wont be easy to grind inside traughs

Been told quarry belt could be an option but worried feed gets under it

Fibreglass sounds best but verry expencive to do

Any other ideas or what's other ppls expiriance

Parlour wall cladding plastic sheets cut to size and plenty of stainless screws and cup washers

We put tiles down in ours and it works a treat just have to be careful if you ever run a shovel along them you don’t catch the odd high edge or corner. We got the cheapest largest tiles we could find and they were near enough the perfect size for our trough and grey in colour.

I’ve had 2 resin companies let me down both firms a shower of sh*t. Would love to do it in my troughs though
They did ours couldn’t fault them and even did it cheaper than he quoted

Biggest challenge is my highs are fully housed and the concrete is rough grinding it down would be a big job keeping it dry then a big pour of epoxy resin at a huge cost that stuff not cheap also csnt see in pic but its 60cm flat in bottom then a 30cm wedge so tiles might be better section at a time
