I don't recall ever seeing a Massey handler anywhere in the UK.

I was the same until one of our local dealers had one in, and we were wondering about trading in the handler at the time. It didn't hang around long though, pretty much by the time I had read up a little and come to the conclusion they were probably not bad things, even if somewhat rare, it had gone.

The quality isn’t as good as it was from some people’s experience @Ducati899 for one
I think the earlier MF handlers were built by a different company another reason for the change is the trade-in price is £7000 less than for the J C B plus they are on interest-free finance and that is worth about £4000 also I was told if I wanted extended warranty on the J C B I would have to buy the maintenance package more cost using the interest-free option means if we have a problem we can stop payment and that should make them focus on the problem I have spoken to people with similar bobcat machines and they are quite happy with them

I got 2 years extended warranty thrown in due to JCB stuffing up and refusing to build me a 3 tonne agripro after importer had authorized dealers quote.. They also threw in the heated/vented seat upgrade. And importer took 5k off because it was the first one this dealer had sold. So were willing to help get one out there. I tried for led headlight upgrade too. But they drew the line there.

Old 2013 one had 5 flexplates go in 6 years. Oh and 2 torque converters. No one else I know has had problems like that. I just consider it bad luck. But. I wasnt having same transmission again. And nothing else came close to my requirements.

Every time mine went back to factory to be rectified it actually came back worse 🤣 even came back the 3rd time drained of hydraulic oil and the big guard that covers the transmission missing, dealer had apparently checked it right through as well before it was returned to me me but hadn’t noticed this, finally after 6 months they changed the machine for a new one.
the new one is full of niggles, lights go out and flick back on intermittently,it chewed the electric wiring that runs along the boom that operates hydraulic latching but apparently this is a common problem so I’m told and the boom slops about like a 5p piece in a hole the size of a £2pound coin but again that’s normal I’m told.
It’s one of the last 526’s they made and I can see why they stopped making it now 🤣

Bone shakers? Have you ever driven a Ford 5000 for a complete grain harvest? I have and any modern tractor is a sofa by comparison!!
Good for you.
Doesn't take away the fact that, for £100K+, the New Holland's suspension is awful. So yes, for that size of tractor, with that price tag in 2021 they're bone shakers.
Comfort is not New Hollands strong point.

Probably a ballasting thing? We've had no problem with Nh 6.165 Ac, Case Maxxum 135 Cvx or Puma 165 Cvx with frontloaders on.

But on the other hand all of our main roads are paved with tarmac.
