I saw that trailer and was impressed, slightly better than its twin next to it. Rip offs had them up for sale for 6k this summer, think you got a good buy there.View attachment 920313

You can tell by looking at the wheel rims, stamped into them is when they were made, 1995 on those two trailers. Didn't know if back door was going to be rape tight as had gaffa tape all round the inside of it.Thank you. I thought it was the better one, I do slightly regret not getting both though and selling one of my others. Everything works, must of been well looked. No serial plate but presume it’s late 90’s?
to get a rape tight seal grease the back of the trailer and put mastic on the door close the door and trim off the surplusYou can tell by looking at the wheel rims, stamped into them is when they were made, 1995 on those two trailers. Highest was to put a chimney basket on farmhouse. Bloody thing sunk slightly on the soft garden and locked out. Tried to explain to father in law how to override it from below, in the end just told him to go and get the laddersHow high did you go?
Bit scary way up moving those hydraulic levers?
Used on for same putting slates tidy on house and pulling elder bush growing out of Chimney 40ft up.Highest was to put a chimney basket on farmhouse. When you lift the manitou boom off it’s holds then maximum forward speed automatically shuts to about 1kph.
I hired a similar manitou 4x4 one 3 yrs ago and with the transport it was £580 for two days! They didnt pick it up for three days so i earnt a few quid pruning neighbours garden trees on day 3 to help the job. For the main job i had others using it at full reach and almost max height, im only good for about 25ft and my knees start to knock. We had a Genie on hire for a week, similar if not bigger than that, only £500 for the week

This will be our second machine. First one we worked to 7500h before trading it. Very little mechanical faults but did struggle a bit with electrical side of the machine. Hopefully the new one has the problems ironed out. Last one had a John Deere engine and this one has a perkins engine. Both good options. We like the bigger front tyres and bigger front axle. Good machine overall.Let me knw what you thnk of it please.
Have you bought it or on demo?
