What's the metal floor like? If replacing it, wood maybe a good option. Machines slip too easy on a metal floor in my experience.

Floors good but we have some thick rubber mats ( ex quarry conveyer belt ) we use on our low loaders so things don’t move that much . Sometimes we even strap stuff on

Unless it costs the earth wood doesn't last, some old conveyor matting sorts it though or plenty of old baling twine...

Funny the worst I’ve ever used for dropping off a cliff at low rpm was a 6810 Deere. On a spud harvester it was pathetic. New holland tm would walk past it every day
