Plenty in yards in oz, i imagine same soon to be everywhere.

The oems ignored commodity price data and now have over priced models going down factory lines.

People bought from increased land equity, now thats stabilised sales dropping.

No lazier engineer than a tractor engineer.

MF7614 has engine sump plug over steering lines on mfwd drive shaft, simple sh!t they cant get right.

Was told around 8 weeks for a custom spec new Holland 225 a few weeks back. They come quite fast now he said.
Was told by a salesman (of another colour) 4-500 sat at basildon ready to go? Not seen for myself. But JD are slowing production so it would seem possible.

All this is making me want to hang off!
That's the problem when you get greedy. Asked too much now can't sell them then they drop the price a little and as soon as that happens anyone who can wait, waits which further reduces demand which forces prices down even further.
Until either they shut the factories down or the farmers thinks it's low enough and time to cash in on a bargain.

I believe I've heard wait time is 3-4 months. Brands may vary....

I think if you want a pretty common spec you could have one within a week, either in group stock or at factory compound.

Rate its going you'd be buying off the receivers if everyone held off til then. Id suggest a savvy buyer and dealer would want to work together atm. They'd be daft not to do a keen deal on stock stuff.

Machinery is 25% over priced so it’s time it was sorted out. The lies of steel increases etc are long gone now. The manufacturers have pushed the dealers to far making them build big showrooms which are of no use to anybody bar the annual open day. Things are going to have to change because farmers are being shafted from all sides by people who are supposed to be on their sides.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
