It is still bloody dark here and wet & windy. Proper sh!t day, at least it's not particularly cold.
Wasn't that bad of a day here once it got light.
I mistakenly left some stuff on the washing line overnight and didn't expect to be able to find all of it this morning. In fact it was all still on the line and not one peg had come off. I was very surprised by that.
Had some intense sideways drizzle around lunch time otherwise not bad at all really. Very mild still.

The naming of storms using a single authoritative system should aid the communication of approaching severe weather through media partners and other government agencies. In this way the public will be better placed to keep themselves, their property and businesses safe.:whistle:
