I'd used to think people would respect signs like that and the reasons why they are put there, But My OH's polite sign which directed people to the actual foot path and away from trespassing across our sheep field, were torn down and snapped in two. She chained the gate and the beggars lifted it off it's hinges and left it lying on the ground. We've now reversed the top hinge and put grease all along the top rail.

I'm not saying they're all the same but some folk are ignorant twonts who couldn't give a fudge for anything but themselves and the darling doggies

I had several of the blue signs and placed them on gates a and poles on our farm tracks where a lot of people walk and take their dogs . Every single one of them has been ripped off !! . I think the sign is in no way offensive but some people obviously do .🤬🤬🤬
