Increase the pressure on the net brake, by hooking the springs further up
Check there is no crap in where the net runs

Should be pretty good at putting net on

Spreader roller was jammed. Freed it off and now netting spot on. Sounds like slip clutch is going now as something is clicking when bale gets over 100cm

Any remedy?
The dog clutches can slip when they are under more pressure so that is what it could likley be. Just tighten the 24 mm bolt I think on the dog clutch. It’s a sprocket with a few plates on the end of it with a bolt in the middle there’s a few of them if I remember correctly. Don’t tighten it too much at a time about a third of a turn until it cures it

Can’t get it any tighter. There’s a big washer been put on so maybe it’s been a problem before.

There should be around 4 beville type spring plates in front of the dog teeth?
Are the teeth worn?
Take the bolt out and inspect the whole thing
Sometimes I have turned some of the plates around to get a bit more tension in emergency situations
Are you baling wet stuff?

The teeth don’t look worn. Not baling wet stuff just straw. I’ll check the plates
Straw can make it chatter if you have too muchon bale tension
As far as the clutches go it’s just a matter of getting enough pressure on the teeth to stop it slipping. Too much will snap chains. Check all rollers in case there’s a bearing out. That makes them slip
