NH CX combine sieve broken

I have a relatively low houred CX8090 and have noticed the frame of one of the sieves has broken in the corners.

I seem to remember seeing something about it on here but cant find anything

Rubbers although not changed all look good on the arms on the side. Anything else to look at ?

Evening, may not be the same design but are TX did the same on two left hand sieves found it was the rubber bush on that side shaker shoe arm from the eccentric drive

Brings back an unpleasant memory of a TX34 that cracked it's sieves, welded them up, then promptly shat them out in bits.
It turns out the guy doing the winter service had only changed the LH rubbers as the RH ones were "alright".
New sieves + new rubbers + new engineer = no more problems. Just remember to change them as a full set.

We have had issues on our CX840 with self leveling sieves. This winter we found the bearing on the drive shaft behind the crank had failed. It is very difficult to tell as it is supported by the 90deg gearbox. If you remove the gearbox you will be able to see if the shaft moves. When I removed the gearbox the ball bearings fell on the ground despite no movement until I dismantled it.

In the middle.
As above, rubber bushes, if self leveling check rear pivot bearing and horse shoe runner and plastic rear side roller. If not this check front pivot nut is done up tight as after paying for an expensive dealer service to save on down time several years ago they didn't noticethat nut was loose on my cx and it shock the whole frame to bits 3 days after braking the first sieve.
