NH front susp ram removal

Need to replace the seals in our T7.185 front susp ram. I’ve got the lower pin out but the top one is tight. Tried a slide hammer with a bolt in the grease nipple hole but doesn’t seem to be moving. It appears to be a blind hole so don’t think anyway of driving it out. Any ideas or tips ? Not sure about heating around it
Thanks

Don't want to put you off but, they can be a bar---d to remove i am pretty sure you can drill it and tap a lot bigger bolt thread, then use a stud with a spacer remember if you heat it to much it will make it a lot harder if you want to tap it .......
